Aufgaben
As a Physicist, you will work in a young, dynamic team each day to develop highly complex processes for processing lithography optics. In this way, you will make a significant contribution to new EUV product generations and thus more powerful microchips.
You can also expect the following tasks, among others:

Development of new concepts and technical solutions in interdisciplinary teams across competencies

Assumption of responsibility, from the initial idea and implementation to series production

Definition of specifications for processes and machines for processing high-precision optics and their negotiation with customers and suppliers

Research into the interaction between particle radiation and optical materials

Planning, managing and independently performing development tasks, and regularly reporting on development status

Collaboration with internal interfaces and external partners
Profil
- A very successful university degree in physics or engineering sciences, ideally with a PhD
- Proven experience in the development of complex systems and/or processes
- Experience in the field of plasma and or vacuum physics
- Knowledge in the field of optics
- Interest in the development of manufacturing processes for optical products at the highest technical level
- A structured way of working and good organizational skills
- Good communication, team and conflict resolution skills while also being assertive, reliable and flexible
- A very good command of written and spoken German and good command of English
